This does not give authority to place you in a contract, it merely fulfils Data Protection requirements when requesting information and allows a termination notice to be placed with your supplier on your behalf, which simply gives you the right to leave them once your current contract ends. your status has been established on all your contracts, your renewal dates are noted in the energy-tender system to begin pricing around three months before the end of your current contract. You will then
receive a detailed breakdown of the information retrieved with an indication of when the process of finding you cheaper energy will start.

Step 3

When your contracts are coming to an end the tendering process will automatically begin. A detailed comparison report will be produced providing all options available to you. You then have the choice of which (if any) of the solutions offered you wish to take up. You are kept in informed at all stages to ensure you are aware of the progress of your contract without impacting on your valuable time.
